Change of Mind

We offer 14-day change of mind refunds or exchanges on full-priced items, provided that:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original condition

• The item is returned with proof of purchase

• The customer covers return shipping costs

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• Description of the issue

We will offer a refund, replacement or store credit.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
