Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Freight delivery for large pots

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Size

  • Delivery postcode

Large oversized items may require pallet freight.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Adelaide Metro: 1–3 business days

  • SA Regional: 3–7 business days

  • Interstate: 3–10 business days

Damage During Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product + packaging

  • Email us within 48 hours

We will replace or refund.
